Typical drivetime shows on the radio are designed for … listeners in the car. That global reality is slightly different in Bali. Not only because people seem to drive around the small island 24/7. The other point of difference here is that the majority of people are riding a motorbike instead of sitting behind the wheel of a car.
So where does that leave us with the Drivetime show on Be One Radio? The radio was designed for people who are tuning in on their smartphone and we all know that this is rapidly becoming the only device that matters…on a motorbike, at home and in the car.
An introduction
Aliza Ang can be heard on Bali’s Be One and talks about the uniqueness of the island. Places worth visiting. The spiritual meaning of those places. The wonders of nature. And of course, the never-ending crossroads of people meeting up in Bali. Locals and visitors, permanent residents and temporary adventure-seekers. They all recognise that Bali has something special and they come with an open mind and an expression that will soon transform into a big smile. Bali’s smile, ready to be taken home to the visitors’ home countries.
